In this workshop we will learn what the chakras are, where are they located and how they relate to:
- the physical health; function of the glands, the internal organs, the nervous system, etc.
- mental health; emotions, feelings, thoughts and functions of our brain
- pranic-energetic health; sustaining the overall level of health and energy in the body.
To understand them better in our system we will practice at least one asana per chakra while learning the main aspects and benefits of that particular posture. Understanding the chakras will help you achieve specific goals and greatly improve your yoga practice.
