Healthy Pelvic Floor

The pelvic floor is often a grey area in our awareness. Tightness or weakness in the pelvic floor can be the cause of pelvic pain, menstrual problems, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, stress incontinence, infertility, low libido and others.

Yoga can help you strengthen weak pelvic floor muscles and relax tight ones. This workshop, for both women and men, will give you practical knowledge of anatomy and specific yogic techniques to keep your pelvic floor in balance.
