Luke was my yoga instructor and mentor. I came to Thailand and to Orion for a spiritual retreat. I needed to detox and I especially needed to stop drinking and eat better. During my two weeks I was always tempted to drink again or eat fatty meats and smoke but Luke was always there reminding me in my morning meditation and yoga lessons that I could overcome those cravings. I’ll have to admit he has a very calming voice and that helped me clear my mind. I highly recommend having him guide anyone to become more aware of themselves through very practical methods.
