Yoga therapy helps enable the body’s incredible self healing mechanism.
Firstly we remove the blockages. If your body has become used to reacting in a ‘fight or flight’ way from stress, then your body’s immune system won’t be able to function properly. Yoga can shift you back into the ‘rest and digest’ state where healing occurs naturally. This can be from something as simple, yet profound as changing your breathing pattern.
